Terms of Use

Last updated: May 31, 2026

These terms explain the basic rules for using InkForgeAI during beta.

Beta Access

InkForgeAI is currently in beta. Access may be invite-only, limited, changed, paused, or removed while we improve the product.

Features may change as we learn from real creators. Some tools may be experimental and may not work perfectly every time.

Acceptable Use

Do not use InkForgeAI for abuse, illegal content, copyright infringement, spam, harassment, platform attacks, attempts to bypass limits, or anything that misuses the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to the manuscripts, images, characters, names, and other content you upload or publish.

No Publishing Guarantees

InkForgeAI can help prepare files, metadata, images, and publishing checks, but we do not guarantee acceptance by Amazon KDP or any other platform.

We do not provide legal, financial, tax, copyright, or publishing business advice. You should review important decisions yourself or with a qualified professional.

Your Final Review Matters

You are responsible for reviewing all generated outputs, uploaded files, exports, metadata, and publishing packages before using or publishing them.

AI-generated content may contain errors, repeated ideas, inconsistent details, or content that does not match your intent.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or remove access if an account appears to be abusing the platform, violating these terms, harming other users, or creating legal or security risk.

Platform Changes and Limits

Because this is beta software, we may update workflows, add limits, remove unstable features, or change how projects and exports work.

In plain English: we will try to build carefully, but the app may have bugs, downtime, imperfect exports, or mistakes. Use your own judgment and keep backup copies of important work.
