InkForgeAI does not claim ownership of user content or creative works you bring into the app or create through your workspace.
What InkForgeAI Owns
InkForgeAI owns the software, workflows, brand, user interface, platform systems, documentation, and product design used to provide the service.
Using the app does not give users ownership of the InkForgeAI platform itself.
AI-Assisted Outputs
AI may help draft text, suggest metadata, generate image prompts, assist with covers or illustrations, and review publishing readiness. You should review AI-generated text and images before commercial use.
AI outputs can be wrong, inconsistent, or too similar to common ideas. You are responsible for deciding whether an output is appropriate for your book.
Publishing Rights
You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights to publish your book, artwork, fonts, images, lyrics, quotes, names, characters, and any other materials in your project.
